Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend due to an unavoidable situation, please take the time to send an alternative representative from your company or organization. Name changes must be sent in writing to ASTA Headquarters. Meals and other accommodations have been guaranteed based on your attendance. If you or someone from your company or organization cannot attend, please adhere to the following cancellation policy. On or before March 7, 2005 - Full refund minus $50 per person. On or after March 8, 2005, NO refund. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.

Registration Note: Due to legal liabilities and the business nature of this event, please note that no children under the age of 18 are permitted to attend any part of ASTA's Cruisefest.
