Vacation Guide to Arizona, Colorado,
New Mexico, Utah & Las Vegas

 PLAN YOUR SOUTHWEST ADVENTURE VACATION

Welcome to the American Southwest, a land of rugged desert canyons and towering mountains; of glittering cities and rustic little towns. Whether you plan a romantic weekend in Las Vegas, a golf outting in Arizona, a Colorado ski vacation, a New Mexico art adventure, or
a camping trip to Utah, you'll find everything you need to make that dream vacation happen right here.

At the heart of the American Southwest is the Colorado Plateau, covering 134,000 square miles and boasting America's greatest concentration of National Parks -- Grand Canyon, Arches, Canyonlands, Zion, Bryce, and Mesa Verde -- known collectively as the "Grand Circle."  This inner circle is surrounded by an outer ring of equally special places to visit, such as Rocky Mountain National Park, located at the gateway points to the region. The traditional "Grand Circle Vacation Tour" consists of a 700 mile loop drive around the Colorado Plateau, requiring a minimum of one full week.  To get the full "southwest experience", you'll need to spend a little time in town, too.  That's why we've included sections for some special places like Sedona, Durango, Moab, Santa Fe and Taos, plus the major gateway cities of Denver, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, Albuquerque and Las Vegas.

Best of all, this is NOT just another pretty travel site.
