Chateau Ste. Michelle. Chardonnay Indian Wells Columbia Valley 2002 ($18): Pale yellow-gold color with some aromas of peach and oak. On the palate offers nicely concentrated peach and apricot flavors with harmonious acidity framing the wine's strong fruit. Finishes with very good length.
Columbia Crest Grand Estate Chardonnay 2002 ($11): High toned aromas of peach, butter and oak. Fat with lush flavors of fruit and vanillin oak.
Columbia Crest Merlot Reserve Columbia Valley ($36): Medium ruby colored merlot, with aromas of dark berries, chocolate and coffee, with high quality of French oak. Fruity and juicy with dark berry flavors finishing with fine tannins for drinking in the four next years.
Waterbrook Winery Cabernet Sauvignon Columbia Valley ($20): Bright medium ruby red. Black currant, leather and coffee and smoky on the nose. Firm in the palate, with currant and leather enlivened by acidity. Fresh Cabernet, finishing with building tannins.
Waterbrook Winery Sauvignon Blanc ($12): Simple. Light yellow color with aromas of citrus and smoke flavored. Dry white. Excellent value should be drunk over the next 12 months
