This letter concerns my evaluation of the mental abilities of George Ministeri Jr. It is a personal letter confirming my view that Mr. Ministeri, more than anyone I have encountered claiming to have an effective "psychic" faculty, does have a unique gift, that is worthy of investigation, This letter does not consitute a letter of endorsement from this organization, but a personal letter.
I have had about six intensive meetings with Mr. Ministeri as well as dozens of telephone conversations. There is little doubt that he has obvious gifts in the fields of extra-sensory perception, precognition of events, as well as the ability to send and receive messages and to influence feelings of others in ways that seem incomprehensible.
Mr. Ministeri has told me his personal history in which this gift or talent became manifested in childhood. He does engage in rituals such as meditation to keep his gift functioning, but he has a talent that seems one beyond the ability of most people to develop. I have seen him predict actual events in the lives of people with specific details he could not possibly know ahead of time and his accuracy is such that it is well beyond normal-probability expectations. I have seen him do this for several people with verified evidence by actual future outcome. Of course, his accuracy is not 100% but he is accurate enough to convince me personally that there is some process which I do not understand that is of great importance and potential value to science and that if studied with an open mind rigorous investigation of his talents will be demonstrated to the scientific community.
