1 What kind of material are the seat covers made?
Is cotton-denim ( 11oz per sqf ) machine washable, breathable, and comfortable as your own pants.
Waterproof seat covers are made in umbrella like material ( 8oz per sqf ).
Camouflage seat covers are made in cotton ( 9oz. per sqf ) material.
Hawaiian Prints seat covers are made in light ( 7oz. per sqf ) poly-cotton material
2 Can we get in other material, like vinyl, leather look, neoprene, velour, etc?
Vinyl/Leather/Neoprene, etc are non breathable materials causing mildew on the original upholstery and they are not comfortable to sit.
3 How the covers are made and fastened?
All of our auto seat covers are made based on the seat pieces. I.e. If the seat has armrest, headrest the seat covers will have 4 pieces and there are fully covered behind and fastened with snaps. The bottom are fastened with the supplied hooks. Armrest fastened with velcro, and the headrest has elastic surrounded. We do not make one piece covers and with stretch back material
4 My car seat has electric control and a back pocket. Does the covers come with access to those?
All pockets are cut unless stated to not cut it. All covers are made to fit all seats features but we strongly suggest you to mention your seat features when you place the order.
5 My seat has side air bag. What do you do about it?
We offer custom seat cover. We make slots for side air bag.
6 How long will take to get my seat covers after I placed the order?
All of our covers are CUSTOM TAILORED made and take about two weeks to be made and shipped. Please considering this manufacturing and delivery time into your expectations when you order your seat covers.
If you need in less time we offer our RUSH services which will take no more then 3 days for seat covers manufacturing process and the delivery time after that will be in accordance of the shipping method of your choice
7 How do I wash my covers?
Covers can be washed using gentle cycle warm water and hang dry. Please do not forget to take out the hooks and wash it inside out.
8 I Couldn't find my cars' picture. Does it means that you don't make covers for it?
No. We try to show as many pictures as possible. Our patterns database has more then 5,000 vehicles including the new released. If you couldn't find your vehicles' picture please check our patterns' page to see if it is listed.
9 Does my covers have warranty?
Yes, all covers has 1 year manufactory warranty for manufacturing defect from the purchase date. Normal wear and tear incurred during the long life of your custom seat covers, or damage inflicted during installation of your seat covers, is not covered.

10 Return Policy
We make each set of custom seat covers based on your order. They are all custom-made per your request. If your seat covers do not fit your seats properly, simply return the part that does not fit and we will gladly fix it to make it perfect. All returns must have an authorization. Please call or E-mail us to obtain one. Seat Covers returned without an authorization will be rejected. Unauthorized return postage will be the responsibility of the customer. We guarantee 100% craftsmanship on all of our seat covers. Since these items are custom-made, there are no refunds or exchanges.

We offer free fabrics samples. Please call our 800 number and request yours before you order to avoid wrong colors, our replacement warranty of defect will be issued using the same fabric and color of your original order if it is still available.
