Reservation Policy
A 25% deposit per person is due at time of reservation. Balance is
due 30 days prior to arrival. You may make
your reservation via telephone, mail, or e-mail. Reservations made
less
than 30 days prior to arrival are to be paid in full upon receipt
of confirmation. Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
Cancellation
Policy
If cancellation is made at least 90 days
prior to arrival, full refund; 61-89 days - 75% refund; 31-60 days
- 50% refund; less than 30 days - no refund.
Note: credit will be issued for any non-refunded money and will be
available for future stay at any of our three resort properties
(Jaguar Reef Lodge, Caribbean Shores B & B, Coco Plum Island
Resort).
Terms and
Conditions
All boat itineraries and activities are
weather and conditions permitting at resort's discretion. Unused
portions of meals, accommodations, and/or activities are
non-refundable. Coco Plum Island Resort cannot accept
responsibility for any delay, inconvenience, or additional expenses
incurred which may be caused either directly or indirectly by events
outside our control such as severe weather, late arrival of flights
or acts of God.
Insurance
At Coco Plum Island Resort we consider safety our
most important concern. However, there is risk involved in any
outdoor activity and accidents may occur. Due to the precautions we
take to ensure the safety of our guests and/or their personal
belongings and equipment. It is recommended that guests purchase a
comprehensive travel insurance policy at the time of
your booking, to protect you against illness, injury, loss of personal
items and baggage, cancellation, and other travel
contingencies. |
