How do I book a room in your system?
Select a hotel and click on the Book it button from the hotel's page. Now fill out the hotel reservation form and click on the Send button. If you want to send a reservation via fax, please use our fax reservation hotline: +36 1 236 5011. In case you encounter any problems, please call our telephone hotline: +36 20 460 2134.
How long does it take to get a confirmation from the hotel?
If your reservation is complete and there is availablility, you will get a confirmation from the hotel within 24 hours.
What happens if the hotel I chose is not available for the specified dates?
In some cases, the hotels are fully booked and the desired reservation will not be possible. We will then send you an offer of two or three other hotels in the same area and price category, and you will be able to choose from these.
How do I pay for the room?
You pay for the room at the hotel, either upon arrival or before departure. You can pay in cash in all hotels, and many will accept international credit cards.
How are these prices compared to rack rates? Are these good offers?

Which credit cards are accepted?
All major credit cards are welcome: VISA, American Express, Cirrus-Maestro, Eurocard Mastercard and JCB. If your credit card is of some other type, please specify it. It will be examined by the hotel whether to accept it or not as a guarantee of reservation.

Are your services free of charge?
Yes, our services are free of charge! You have to pay only for the hotel room, directly at the hotel. We will assist you in finding and booking the appropriate hotel room, and give you advice on how to get to the hotel.
I have sent a reservation and I do not get a response for days. What happened?
Well, you probably have not given us the possibility to contact you. You have not typed at all or simply misspelled your e-mail address or telephone number on the reservation form. Contact us again!
I want to give a trip to somebody as a gift. How is it possible?
It is possible to pay the cost of the room in advance through a bank transfer. If you wish to give the room as a gift, mention this in the remark section of the reservation form, we will send you further instructions.
