Thanks, preesi. I've been doing pretty well using the book, but it's great having all this in one spot. I've just copied it to a chart to put in my book.
RE: fats unlimited versus limited
Not to be combative, but you DO realize that all of the listed proteins contain fat? So if the protein is unlimited, by default, so is the fat.
It goes back to what Dr. Agatston wrote in the book and Rover (and others) have been counseling all along on this message board: "good" versus "bad" fats.
Good luck. This diet is really working for me: 7 pounds the first week and a marked increase in my energy level. (The afternoon drowsy spell at 3.30 has disappeared.) |

| Thanks Preesi for putting everything in black and white in one spot...I think it will help. I just started the SBD today. I've thought about joining the SBD website, but not sure if it is worth it to pay the money. Does it have a lot more information than the book and other hints and helps to make it worth the 30 bucks??? |

| Thanks to preesi for all that work. I know that Dr Agatston is revising his present book, maybe that's what they mean. |

Hi there,
I was wondering if you are allowed soy milk or soy cheese products in Phase 1? I have a milk allergy so i'm screwed if I can't have soy products.
Thanks |
