For Main House guests breakfast is usually served in the dining room at Clive's hand-crafted timber dining table.

However you may enjoy a private breakfast on your verandah or feel free to take a tray to the gazebo by the pool which looks out across two lilly-filled dams to the Border Ranges (dividing NSW and QLD) in the distance.

Cottage guests have their own fully equipped kitchen where they can choose to either fully self cater or take our breakfast provisions option.

Our usual breakfast selections include your choice of juice, a selection of cereals, pancake mix, fresh fruit, yoghurt, a loaf of home-baked bread, our own free range eggs, selection of home-made preserves, butter, milk, local honey, selection of teas and fresh coffee.  For longer stays we vary selections with such items as smoked salmon, avocado, waffles with hot spiced plums ~ or you name your preference and we'll do our best to oblige.

Weather permitting, we serve dinner  in the fairy-lit gazebo by the pool.  Otherwise in our large dining room at Clive's hand-crafted timber dining table. Unlike many traditional bed and breakfasts we don't dine with our guests, but serve and leave you to enjoy a private meal together ~ a bit like having your own 4˝ star restaurant on the premises .

Layers of golden fried eggplant, with a mix of mushrooms andred kidney beans in a rich tomato, red wine and fresh herb sauce, topped with a cheese béchamel sauce and baked in the oven until golden.

Many's the non-vegetarian who didn't even notice the absence of meat J
