Kamahana 19 DescriptionKamahana #19 is extremely spacious and private and feels more like a house than a condo. It's no wonder it was retained by the architect as his family condo. It features extra-high, vaulted ceilings and 3 private lanais. The unit has ocean, mountain, and golf course views from the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom. In the distance, you can also see the Kilauea Lighthouse. Kamahana condos feature a small and private swimming pool on property. You can also walk out of the living room onto the lanai and stroll less than 100 meters on lush green grass to view a magical lookout over a coral reef, Anini Beach, and the magnificent Kauai North Shore coastline. Depending on the season, view rare nesting albatrosses, nenes, and perhaps even humpback whales cavorting in the distance. Princeville Location: Over 26 different spectacular beaches all less than 20 minutes away; as are 2 world class golf courses (The Prince and the Makai), both designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr. and ranked number 1 and number 7 in Hawaii respectively; Two great tennis clubs less than five minutes away (Princeville Tennis Club and the Hanalei Bay Resort); And the luxurious Princeville Spa less than ten minutes away. Free High Speed Internet: Bring your laptop and stay an extra week. Just snap in the Ethernet cable in Kamahana 19 and you are on-line. (Everyone will assume you're in your office!) Ground Floor Layout: Kamahana 19 is close to parking and only two steps to navigate this first floor layout. Safety bars have also been installed in bathrooms.
