offered incredible long-term discounts. Especially corporate
downtown apartments are becoming very popular for our business
clients. With us you can choose from either super modern apartments
in downtown or from a large selection of quaint apartments in the
old town, each with an individual charm.
Better than a room in a hotel:
a.. Location: There are absolutely
no hotels in the old town. Everything
in the downtown, close to business districts, main sights and amusement
centres.
b.. Space: About three times
more space than in a standard hotel room (you also have living room,
kitchen, extra storage space in corridor, bathroom, in some cases
a free, allocated parking place).

d.. Privacy and Independence:
No staff bothering you day or night.
Entertaining guest at home. Extra space for families with children.
e.. Entertainment: Restaurants,

apartment. We have single night apartments too.

door phones. Extra security + parking in
corporate apartments.
e.. No additional costs: No
agent’s fees ($300-2000), deposits (landlords may not give it back
to you), contract upon request. Local authority taxes,utility bills,
such as electricity, gas, water, local telephone rental and also
VAT – all included in our price.
f.. Free services: Weekly cleaning,
prompt maintenance, free local calls;a variety of additional services

g.. Support: Friendly, multilingual
staff ready to help 7 days a week, 24
hours a day. Office in the Old Town open 7 days per week from 9
