Terms and Conditions

• Bookings recommended.

• Domestic Bookings - 1 night at single night rate or 25% (whichever the greater) of total booking as non-refundable deposit on all advance bookings*. 

• Overseas bookings due in full at time of reservation and are not refundable in the event of cancellation unless room(s) can be relet for entire period.

• Bookings cannot be confirmed until receipt/clearance of deposit.

• 30 days notice of cancellation required or balance of booking will be charged in full unless room/s can be relet for entire period. Please Note: No Shows will be charged in full - including any ordered meals.

• *Christmas and New Year bookings - balance of room charge to be paid by 1st November and is non-refundable unless room(s) can be relet for entire period. Bookings made after November 1st are due in full and are non-refundable in the event of no show or cancellation unless room(s) can be relet for entire period. 

• Failure to pay by balance due date may result in room(s) being released. Please note: As previously advised deposits are non-refundable.

• All refunds subject to non-refundable portion as described in "Domestic Bookings" above.

• Check in time B&B 1:30 pm, Cottage 2pm   
  Check out time B&B 10:30 am, Cottage 11:00 am  PLEASE NOTE WE ARE ON NSW TIME.

• Prices quoted in Australian $ and include appropriate taxes but are subject to change without notice.

• Discounts, Honeymoon Special and Special Rate for booking entire guest wing apply to Direct Bookings Only - Email -  (i.e. No commissions will be paid to any third party making bookings) and are not available for Xmas, New Year, Easter, Peak Periods or Public Holiday Long Weekends.  All specials must be booked in advance and paid for in full at time of booking and are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation unless the room(s) can be relet for entire period (subject to usual non-refundable portion as mentioned in item 2 above).

• Complimentary aromatherapy baths are for bookings of 3 nights or longer in the Blue Room only.  Only 1 complimentary aromatherapy bath per stay. During periods of drought aromatherapy baths may be unavailable.

• Please note: A full room inventory is taken between guests and any negligent/malicious damage to or theft of Hillcrest property will be charged to your account in full on discovery. This includes use of candles or food preparation in room. Please note that lampshades come in pairs, if you singe one you will have to replace both - and we buy good quality lampshades which are expensive.

• Hillcrest is not insured to take children or pets and cannot accept check-in of either under any circumstances. Usual conditions apply to cancellations so please take this condition seriously.
