Arrange excursions and trips to see the local areas – There are lots of lovely places to visit during your stay here.  Oludeniz Beach with its Blue Lagoon is a must.  Dalyan has rock tombs and a relaxing river trip to the beach, a great lazy day.  12 Island boat trips are a wonderful way to see the coastline and top up the tan!  Jeep safari is an exciting day out seeing local historical sites, lunch in the mountains and a visit to one of the longest beaches in Turkey, Patara Beach.  Pamukkale, Ephesus.  Activities to keep you occupied during your holiday include: paragliding, horse riding, diving, truck safari and many more.  If you fancy a day in Rhodes then we can organise that for you too. 

Car Hire – With all the fantastic places to go and see, hiring a car gives you the freedom to go where youwant when you want.  We can arrange car hire for you for just one day or for the whole duration of your stay.

Painting & Decorating – You have just made the biggest decision and bought your property here, whether through our company or another, we will be happy to do any renovation work, painting or decorating.  You just tell us what you need and the colour scheme you want and we will arrange everything for you.

Furnishing -  We have successfully furnished several villas and apartments with everything from beds, wardrobes to patio furniture, crockery and all kitchen supplies.  Basically we can arrange for everything to be in place, ready for you to stay in your new property the next time you visit.  If you are in the Uk then photos can be forwarded to uyou of different designs for you choose. So you can be fully involved!

Legal Services – for all apsects with purchasing a property in Turkey we have an English speaking solicitor available to prepare contracts and other legal documents.  For other legal issues a concultation can be arranged, wills etc.

Cargo Import – Thinking to move to Turkey??  Need help with importing your cargo? We can offer ourservices to make the experience of moving to a new country as smooth as possible.

Residency Visa and Work Permit -  If you are planning to live here and you want a residence visa then we are available to help get this for you.  To work in Turkey it is neccessary to obtain a work permit, this can be a complicated procedure so please ask us for further information.  It is not adviseable to work in this country without the necessary paperwork.

Open Turkish GSM line -   You can get a Turkish sim card which will save you a lot of money instead of using your national line.
