Return Policy1. To return or exchange merchandise, YOU MUST EMAIL cbrooks@cameofashion.com TO RECEIVE AN RMA CODE (Return Merchandise Authorization).
2. Below, you'll find the Return Form or, you may call (510) 324-2263 to request an RMA number.
Please Note: A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items. All requests must be filed within 10 days after receiving your merchandise. All returns must receive by no later than 30 days upon receipt of your package.
Note: Any Packages received without RMA code, will be delayed or returned to sender.
2. Please fill out Return And Exchange Form completely and print and enclose it with the merchandise you are returning.
3. All merchandise, must be new and unused condition with all original tags or packaging materials using an insured or traceable method to our Drop Ship Address only:
