you are satisfied with your shopping experience and your product.

Return Policies and Guarantees
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from date of invoice.
With few exceptions such as disposable supplies or products
that have sanitary requirements and shipping/handling, most
products may be returned, in as shipped condition, within
30 days of receipt for credit, exchange or refund and a restocking
charge of 15%.
We honor all our manufacturer's warranties for defective
products.
No returns, unless defective, will be accepted on software
or books.
No returns will be accepted on custom orders, custom assembled
item(s), or products that have sanitary requirements, (i.e.
incontinence products).
All returns MUST be assigned a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to avoid processing
charges. You must contact
us at store@lifemattters.com or call 1.888.255.9757 for a
RMA number and the correct address to use to return the item.
Include all original packaging, manuals, cables, sensors,
chargers, etc. Enclose a copy of your original invoice with
a daytime phone number inside the package. Return items(s)
via UPS, Federal Express or other packaging carrier. If returned
by mail make sure it is traceable by the mail facility. Item(s)
must received by WorldWorks before any credits or exchanges
can be made. You are responsible for any loss or damage while
on route, please consider insuring your package.
Place the RMA number on the outside of the package to insure
proper and timely processing your return. Send all packages
to us at the address specified when you contact us for your
RMA number. We cannot accept COD deliveries. Standard policy
throughout the industry is not to refund or credit shipping/handling
costs. Any product replaced or repaired under warranty will
be returned prepaid at our expense by ground UPS to an address
within the United States. Please contact us for cost of delivery
outside the United States.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Item(s) returned
for credit or exchange must be in new condition and in the
original container as you received it from us. If returning
an item(s) for repair from outside the U.S., please contact
your customs officials or taxing authorities to get the proper
clearances to get the product back into your country without
being liable for duties, fees or taxes on a repaired item(s
Oral
Sensor for Night Time Clenching
If the unit is returned within 30 days unused you
will receive a refund less shipping and a 15% restocking
fee. You must contact us for a RMA address by emailing
us at store@lifematters.com.
(Shipping fees are not refundable). If you use the oral
sensor the unit cannot be returned. Freeze Framer
You can return this unit if you are dissatisfied for
any reason within 30 days. You must contact us for
a RMA address by emailing us at store@lifematters.com.

Resperate for High
Blood Pressure
We guarantee that
if you use RESPeRATE as recommended and do not see a reduction
in your blood pressure, you may return RESPeRATE within 8
weeks of delivery and we will refund the purchase price.
You must contact
us for a RMA address by emailing us at store@lifematters.com.
(Shipping fees are not refundable). We ask
that all returns include the original packaging with the
unaltered product Serial number and UPC barcode on the RESPeRATE
box.
Online Classes
For online classes
WITHOUT a companion book
You have until 3 days after the class or training
begins to request a full refund. Email us at store@lifematters.com.
After 3 days there are no refunds available. For
online classes WITH a companion book
You must request a cancellation within
24 hours of your payment for your credit card to be credited
a full refund.
To cancel your class
AFTER your book has shipped and you do
not want to keep the book you must fulfill the following:
Within 3 days after the start date of your class, you must
email us to request
that your enrollment be canceled and that you want to return the
book.
We will send you the address where you can send the book.
You must pay the shipping charges and you will be responsible for
any loss or damage while on route, please consider insuring your
package.
After we confirm the book has been received,
your credit card will be issued a refund less our restocking, shipping
and handling costs, in the amount of $35 U.S.D.
To cancel your
class and
keep the book you must fulfill the following:
Within 3 days after the start date of your class, you must
email us to request
that your enrollment be canceled and that you want to keep the
book.
Your credit card will be issued a refund in the amount
of $25 U.S.D.

and Advice
The content and products on LifeMatters.com are educational in nature and should
not be considered a replacement for medical treatment. Should you have any specific
medical concerns, seek advise from your physician or healthcare professional.
Limitation of Liability
Limitation of Liability IN NO EVENT SHALL THE STORE
OWNERS, ITS PARENT, SUBSIDIARIES, OR AFFILIATES,
OR THEIR RESPECTIVE
OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES,
OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL,
PUNITIVE, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT
LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR PROFITS), HOWEVER
CAUSED,
WHETHER
FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE,
AND WHETHER OR NOT THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED
OF THE
POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH DAMAGES. YOU AGREE THAT THE
COMPANY PARTIES
MAXIMUM LIABILITY ARISING FROM ANY PRODUCT SOLD SHALL
NOT
EXCEED THE PRICE OF SUCH PRODUCT. SOME JURISDICTIONS
DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
FOR
CERTAIN DAMAGES SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU TO THE EXTENT SUCH JURISDICTIONS
