In order for the Eurolingua Institute to process your enrolment, confirm your place, arrange your accommodation and help you with any Visa Application (where applicable), you need to correctly follow and complete the enrolment procedures, as follows:-

(1) Priority Enrolment Form: complete and send with 170 €uro deposit by one of the following methods:-

• Complete and "submit" the on-line Priority Enquiry/Enrolment Form and indicate your method of payment (please note that sending a completed form as an email attachment will NOT transfer your data - you must "submit" on-line). Alternatively, you may request an Email Application Form.
• Complete and mail/fax a Priority Enrolment Form (print a form), indicating your method of payment, to our International Reservation Centre at: Eurolingua Institute SA, Havre Saint Pierre, 265 allée du Nouveau Monde, 34000 MONTPELLIER, France. Tel/Fax: +33 467 15 04 73

(2) Confirmation: upon receipt of your completed Priority Enrolment Form and 170 €uro deposit, the Eurolingua Institute will:-

• process your enrolment application
• send you an enrolment acknowledgement and receipt for your deposit
• send you a Letter of Confirmation showing all relevant course and accommodation information, total programme fees and the balance you will need to pay no later than four weeks before your start date

(3) Visa support documentation: if you require a Visa for your destination, you will need to make a bank transfer of the total programme fees. This is the requirement of the Embassy NOT Eurolingua. We will then issue the appropriate Visa application support documentation, in accordance with the Immigration requirements of your destination country. This will enable you to correctly present your Visa application to the nearest Embassy or Consulate for approval and issue of your Visa.

(4) How to Pay Your Deposit and Balance. Payment may be made as follows:-

Enrolments cannot be processed without the required deposit but all enquiries are welcome and dealt with promptly.

Last Minute Enrolments: always possible, especially if you are flexible as to location in your chosen country.

All enrolments are accepted on the basis of our standard Terms & Conditions
