If you do have a query, a Webcontacts customer service officer will email back as soon as possible with an appropriate answer. However, Webcontacts also retains the right to withhold information where it pertains to sensitive matters of private commercial confidentiality and/or customer privacy.
Please note, while Webcontacts will always attempt to provide customers with complete retail satisfaction and the highest quality customer service, nevertheless we ask that our customers thoroughly read through all our terms and condition documentation first before placing any orders with Webcontacts . Voucher Terms and Conditions
- Voucher entitles you to a saving of $5 on any new order when you spend $50 or more.
- Voucher is only valid on web orders through www.webcontacts.com.au
- Webcontacts reserves the right to refuse redemption of vouchers that have not been issued by Webcontacts or its partners .
- Voucher only valid for 1 month after date of issue
- Voucher has a no cash value, is not exchangeable for cash and is not transferable or assignable.
- Complimentary voucher can only be used once with each order.
- Only one complimentary voucher can be used per person per promotion.
- Only one complimentary voucher can be used per order.
- Vouchers cannot be used with any other promotion.
- In the event of returns, refunds will be given for cash as used in the original purchase price above the value of the voucher.
- In the event that part of the order is returned, the value of the voucher will be spread between the goods proportionately.
- Complimentary shoppping vouchers can not be refunded after use with any order returned or exchanged with Webcontacts.com
Privacy
As discussed in our Privacy Policy, at Webcontacts we respect the customer's right to complete privacy. Hence, we will not ask you for any unnecessary personal information, nor will we use any of the personal information you divulge to us in any way that you have not been informed about first. To this end, we will not sell, trade or exchange any personal information about you. At Webcontacts we define "personal information" as any information about a person which tends to specifically identify that person.
Please note - we hate 'SPAM' as much as you do. Unless you give us explicit permission to contact you by clicking on one of the special interest checkboxes at the registration page, you will not hear from us unless there is something regarding your account or your order that we feel it's important for you to know about.
Complaints
At Webcontacts we strive for the highest quality in everything we do however, there are occasions when things can go wrong. If you have a complaint please contact customer services on email sales@webcontacts.com.au or tel 1300 369 950 Our customer service department is staffed from Mon - Fri 9am-5pm AEST. We aim to respond to all complaints within 5 working days. In most cases customers receive a response within 48 hours.
Security
Webcontacts is a secure e-commerce web site, with all Internet transactions conducted via the SecurePay e-commerce gateway. SecurePay.com transmits credit card transactions safely over the Internet directly to banks for real-time authorisation. SecurePay supports VISA, MasterCard, BankCard, Diners and American Express:

Customer credit card details are encrypted before they are sent over the Internet directly to our banking institution. Consequently, not even our staff at Webcontacts will ever be able to see or record your credit card details.
