JACKSONVILLE, FL, Jan 14 - President Bush today held a panel discussion at Florida Community College to highlight job training reform. President Bush called for greater flexibility and accountability in the workforce system and a continued focus on the High Growth Job Training Initiative.

WASHINGTON, Dec. 16 - U.S. Secretary of Labor Elaine L. Chao moderated a panel at the White House Conference on the Economy focusing on preparing workers for jobs in the 21st Century. The panel analyzed how to ensure that American workers have the education and skills to fill the jobs our evolving economy is creating and how to keep America competitive in an increasingly global economy.
