Definition: Fast Lane - The furthest driving lane to the left on a road with more than one lane. Used by automobiles to pass other, slower moving, automobiles. Obviously this definition is not taught in some states - apparent when there are automobiles driving a mere 5 mph over the speed limit and refuse to pull over for faster automobiles. This then causes "slow traffic" for miles behind the "slow, ignorant, oblivious driver" who feels if someone wants to pass them, they can do it on right.
