In fact, there is quite a selection, with complimentary activities including windsurfing, catamarans, paddle boats, snorkelling, beach volley ball, and tennis on the flood lit championship court. There is also a host of non-complementary water sports and activities, including water skiing, jetskiing, parasailing, and glass-bottom boat trips.

With the friendly Castaway family staff making sure there are lots of activities for kids, as well as a day nursery for the infants, parents can really relax and have fun.

During the day, the all day dining offers a menu of light snacks and creative meals featuring the best and freshest seafood from the surrounding waters.

Alternatively, the Sundowner bar has snacks including pizzas from the new wood fired gourmet pizza oven. At night, the open air terraced restaurant features al fresco dining under a canopy of castaway stars with luscious island fair and choice continental cuisine complemented by hand selected cellar wines. Entertainment is provided nightly with special features including traditional dance and culture shows, beach parties and theme nights.

Whether for special interests or conference groups, weddings, honeymoon couples, or families, Castaway Island has something unique to offer. So is it any wonder guests keep coming back for another taste of this secluded paradise.
