We also allow you to use key word hyperlinks in the description field of your
listing, which means you will get better "link reputation" credit
in Google, than you will with just a standard hyperlink back to your site. You
can also use several key word hyperlinks to link to different pages on your
site. And, finally, the other directories do not accept everyone, so there is
a chance your site will not be included in certain directories, even if you
follow all their rules.
Who do I ask for help regarding my site and getting it listed in the proper category?
If after searching the enormous array of subject categories, you are still unsure as to where you should submit your site, your best bet would be to submit your site to the category you think best reflects the content on your site. The editors have the ability to move your site to a different category, or create a new one, should there be a need.
