There are generally 3 reasons why you would not receive a e-mail confirmation e-mail.

1. Your computer dropped your connection with our server while the booking was been processed, which would normally result in no booking been recieved by us and no booking made.

2. A common error is when you have accidently given an e-mail address which is not correct. In which case the booking is made but you don't recieve any confirmation.

3. Another problem can be if either parties e-mail server is not working correctly at the time of the e-mail is sent. This would again result in the booking been made but no e-mail been recieved.

If you feel any of the above reasons are valid for not recieving you confirmation please added it to our 'other info' box at the bottom of the page.
