Point-and-Click HTML Creation
- Maintain layout and formatting. With DevEdit, you can "lock off" certain parts of your HTML content from being modified in the WYSIWYG editor. Combine this with the ability to restrict formatting to only styles defined in your stylesheet, and you have a powerful, flexible HTML editing solution.
- HTML 4.1 or XHTML compliant output. DevEdit can produce either HTML or XHTML-compliant output. We understand the need for web standards, and thus we spent many weeks integrating the necessary XHTML compliance functionality in to DevEdit.
- Paste content from Microsoft word. DevEdit allows you to copy-and-paste content from Microsoft Word, FrontPage or any other HTML editor. It will look exactly the same in DevEdit, and all text formatting, layouts, etc will not be changed.
- Simple, intuitive toolbars. DevEdit's toolbar is context sensitive. For example, if the DevEdit component has just loaded, then the undo and redo buttons are disabled. However, when you start typing, they become enabled and can be clicked.
