  • Then a further 12 months at a 0.15% discount from our standalone variable mortgage rate, currently 5.80%.
  • Then our standalone variable mortgage rate for the remainder of the term, currently 5.95%.
  • The overall cost for comparison is 6.0% APR
  • Borrow from £25,001 to £1m, up to 80% of the value or purchase price of the property, whichever is lower.
  • Choose the term of your mortgage, from 5 years upwards (providing the loan's repaid by your 65th birthday).
  • Interest calculated on the basis of daily balances.
  • Choose your repayment type: repayment, interest only, or a combination of both.
