These guys are crooks and did a credit card scam using American Express to cheat us out of $9,000. 

GetData software company signed a contract for one year with us and we placed ads for them and did consulting for them.  Then many months later, getdata contacted American Express and asked for a refund.  American Express enables crooks and scammers like GetData, by allowing a refund without any investigation at all.  Getdata received many thousands of dollars of advertisements and consulting for free that we had to pay for.

Now we have to hire a collection agency and Attorney to collect the $9,000 getdata owes us.

This is why merchants boycott American Express.  They enable crooks and scammers like getdata.

John Hunter has a Bachelor of Science from Sydney University and a number of post graduate computing qualifications.  This seems funny that John spent 9 years in law enforcement as a Computer Forensics examiner being that he himself is a crook and a scammer.  Stay away from these guys.  They are stupid, incompetent and will cheat you.  Furthermore I have received several complaints about how poor their software and service is.

John has also worked as a senior member of PricewaterhouseCoopers Forensic Technology Services. John founded GetData in 2001.
