Conner Lake and Bog is one of the prime birding areas in Anchorage.

In winter time the park has several kilometers of groomed cross-country ski trails around the lake and through snow covered stands of conifers and deciduous trees.

Directions: From the airport, travel east on International Airport Rd. Turn right at the first light (Jewel Lake Rd.). Take the first left (Collins Way) and go until it ends at 64th Ave. Turn left and follow the road as it curves to the right. Turn left on 65th ave. We are half-way down on the right.
