Perfectly located at "Av & Dav" (Avenue Road and Davenport Road), a mature, quiet Yorkville neighbourhood adjacent to the trendy Bloor-Yorkville shopping district, and a short walk to Casa Loma, "Canada's Famous Castle," all right downtown.

Flower-filled courtyards, restored Victorian homes and sophistication plus is what you'll find in Toronto's Bloor-Yorkville, the city's most fashionable downtown shopping district. More than 700 shops can be found on the 27 blocks that make up this neighbourhood, including galleries, museums and restaurants.
