My order (# 10261) was $82.94 in total and $22.99 was charged as shipping expense. I was charged much less for heavier items in the past for my international orders from different companies. I assumed there will be a priority shipment to justify this charge, and I was hoping to recieve the puppets before the new year's eve. Unfortunately, my order dated 18 December get mailed out on 23 December and it arrived today, i.e. 20 days later from the order date. In addition, the postage paid was marked as $10.85 on the box, i.e. half of what I was charged. In short, haven paid very high for such late delivery, I do not feel very good now....(more)

I paid to have my package shipped with the three-day delivery. I don't have my package afer five days and I don't have any idea where it is. This was a Christmas gift from Santa. All I have is a sad little boy and a letter from Santa saying that it is lost in the mail. I tried to make contact by email to say that the package was late and that I just wanted my shipping money refunded. Now I am at the point of not wanting the product at all. The thrill is gone. It was an impulse purshase and now that I have had the time to really think about it, I really don't need it. If it had come on time, that would have been fine and done with. Now I just want my money back and I would like the order can...(more)
