The IDLTM course is taught by faculty from SIT's graduate degree programs in language teaching and international and intercultural management. Additional experts and faculty from other institutions are brought in to contribute to the training. Every trainer is experienced in the fields of management and/or language teaching, and continues to contribute to the field through publications or training.
