Chef Couton is delighted with the opportunity to showcase his considerable culinary
talents in the splendid new grand hall, where dining will be a feast for all the senses.
He particularly embraces the winery's current style of offering excellence in
a relaxed setting of vast vineyards framed by desert flora, blue sky and black hills.
An exclusive wine list will be changed weekly to include a selection of library wines that are no
longer available publicly for sale. Lunches are served daily throughout the season and evening dining is by reservation
Thursday through Monday. Local, in-season produce will highlight the great agricultural diversity of the region,
and offer Couton an ever-changing selection for his renowned creative cuisine.
