Paul has designed technical training programs for managers and government officials from Guatemala, Jordan, and Pakistan. Currently the coordinator of SIT's postgraduate diploma program in NGO Leadership and Management, he has considerable experience developing organizational strategies in fields such as Web use and Internet fundraising.
