Our beautiful house is set in over 4 acres of landscaped gardens(local wedding take place here)and its own private fishing lake.The house is located in the tiny hamlet of Duault. The house can sleep 8 with 4 double bedrooms and has a through lounge with open wood burning fire, fully equiped kitchen,dining room,bathroom,seperate toilet,conservatory and a apartment which can sleep 2+ small child , double bedroom,fully equiped kitchen and shower room and has its own private garden.Included in the price is all electricity and clean fresh bed linen and is ideally located for the coast and many attractions the house has ample private parking and for 2005 a new swimming pool, camping with a toilet and a shower block provided

Duault is ideally situated for the coast and ports and is approx 45minutes from the nearest beach it is near the market towns of Callac and Carhaix which have all the necessary ameneties which include weekly markets restaurants,bars, swimming pools, cinemas etc. Duault is 40 minutes away from the water park (Amoripark)and a day out is not to be missed for the family. Also nearby is Lac Guerceleon)with its own private beach and water sports activities and Restaurant/Bar. The house is idealy located for both North and West coast beaches with the majority suitable for children.The area is also ideal for walking,cycling, sightseeing and picnics. We can also cater for the househunter with the area being very popular.
