Disaster Relief Fund Campaign Donors Help Red Cross Respond
Every eight minutes, around the clock, the American Red Cross helps someone devastated by a disaster. The American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund exists to provide immediate relief for victims of disaster.
Disaster Relief fundraising for fiscal year 2005 started off with a vicious round of Hurricanes pounding the Southeastern United States.
The American Red Cross and our partners teamed up to provide relief for residents of multiple states. Thousands of Red Cross workers were deployed and several million meals served. |
|
The generous contributions of every donor meant that the American Red Cross could respond to the needs of these devastated communities quickly and effectively, by providing shelter, food, counseling and more. |
