Your customers can reach the Hotels Connected online reservation services
in a number of different ways:
- They may click an “online reservations” link from an internet hotel
guide or other site which lists your hotel.
- They may click an “online reservations” link from your own hotel
web site.
- They may locate your hotel via our one of the Hotels Connected websites
or by using our powerful search engine.
Each hotel has its own page with full details including a description,
photographs, guest facilities and services provided, list of room types
available and the prices. Customers can select the type of room they would
like and the dates for their stay and then check whether those rooms are
available. If the rooms are available they can fill in a secure online
reservation form. This form also allows them to enter any special requests
or questions.
The reservation request is the sent to the destination hotel and the
customer receives an e-mail with their reservation reference number together
with reservation details and directions to your hotel. They will also
receive a further e-mail confirming that the hotel has received and processed
their details.
A customer credit card number is only taken as a guarantee; they will
pay the bill during their stay as normal. We do not make any charges to
your customers.
With Hotels Connected, your customers no longer need to bother with
e-mails, faxes, waiting around for replies or ringing around looking for
vacancies. They can make their reservations instantly online.
