We are committed to exceeding customers' expectations, so if you are not completely satisfied with your order, please e-mail, call or fax us and we'll make it right!

You may reach a Customer Service Representative using our Contact WorldGear form, via fax at 1-612-726-1148, or via the telephone at 1-800-NWA-STOR (1-800-692-7867). International customers should call 1-612-727-7965. Our business hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. CT, Monday through Friday.

Ordering Options
Making your shopping experience easy is part of our commitment to service, which is why we offer alternative methods for ordering. Please note that all of our prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and must be prepaid in U.S. funds. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover credit cards and debit cards.

  • Online -- Simply submit your online order and we'll take care of the rest. Northwest secures your online orders with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). SSL encrypts your private information and provides the highest security available. Please note that we are only able to process online orders within the 50 United States at this time. International customers should use our telephone, fax, or mail ordering system.

To place your order using one of our alternate methods, simply print out your Order Summary and Modification page and use any of the following options.

  • Telephone -- Call in your order to 1-800-NWA-STOR (1-800-692-7867). International Customers should call 1-612-727-7965.
  • Fax -- Fax your order to 1-612-726-1148. Please remember to complete your credit card information manually, before faxing your order.

International Orders
WorldGear delivers orders to all countries, with the exception of Mexico and any other country with which the United States does not maintain diplomatic relations. Any applicable duty and/or taxes will be billed separately by the international courier after going through your country's customs.

Shipping Methods
For your convenience, we offer Standard and Expedited shipping. Shipping charges are calculated using the merchandise subtotal, excluding applicable taxes. All orders will be shipped via Federal Express after the order has been processed -- within two (2) business days of receiving your order.

  • Standard shipping orders will be delivered approximately 7-10 business days after the order is processed.
  • Expedited shipping orders will be delivered on the next business day after the order is processed.
Please note that we are unable to send shipments to P.O. Box, APO or FPO addresses.

Exchange/Refund Policy
All our products carry our Quality Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly replace it or you may return the merchandise for a full refund. All refunds must be within 30 days of purchase and include the receipt. Without a receipt, store credit will be given for the lowest sale price of the item. No exchanges or refunds on clearance sale items.

WorldGear issues two (2) catalogs per year -- a Spring Catalog in April and a Fall Catalog in October. To receive a current catalog, please submit a catalog request and we'll send you one free of charge.
