This is not your standard commercial
hotel. This is a one-of-a-kind, eco-tourist resort.
That "open air" feeling, the
to-die-for food, the scuba diving and Nan Madol tours, and the
personal touches -- these are what the Village is famous for.
Individual Micronesian style
thatched bungalows have modern bathrooms, hot water in wooden
showers, white wicker furniture and two queen-sized beds. To keep
the bungalows cool and to avoid using noisy air conditioning
units, the bungalows come with thatched roofs, open screened
windows and whirling overhead fans.
Telephone, email and fax services are available in the lobby. The
only noises you will hear are the birds chirping at dawn and the
sound of rain on the thatch roof. |
