Exhibitor Rate: $349*
Please note that there are two full conference registrations included with each 10' x 10' booth space purchased. Please use your exhibitor contract to sign up for those two registrations. Do not register for them here. Only registrations above and beyond the two registrations per booth should be done on line.

Non-Exhibitor Rate: $489*
Please note that non-exhibiting allieds are not allowed on the trade show floor. If you wish to have access to the trade show floor, please fill out a booth contract and use the Exhibitor registration.

Add $25 if you are not an individual ASTA member (applies to suppliers only)

Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend due to an unavoidable situation, please take the time to send an alternative representative from your company or organization. Name changes must be sent in writing to ASTA Headquarters. Meals and other accommodations have been guaranteed based on your attendance. If you or someone from your company or organization cannot attend, please adhere to the following cancellation policy. On or before July 11, 2005, there will be a full refund minus $50 per person. From July 12, 2005 - August 15, 2005, there will be a 50% refund of fees. After August 15, 2005, there will be NO refund. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.

Registration Note: Due to legal liabilities and the business nature of this event, please note that no children under the age of 18 are permitted to attend any part of the ASTA Congress.

Conference Hotel Reservations
In order to obtain the special ASTA delegate rates, you must book through the official Montréal Housing Bureau using the housing request form. There is no booking fee for this service!

Visa/Passport Requirements
U.S. Citizens: Valid passport or birth certificate is required to enter Canada. Permanent residents of the U.S.A. must carry their “Green Card.”

International travelers should check with the Government of Canada’s website at www.canada.gc.ca for individual country requirements.
