Who
We Are
We are a family company, and we have
been manufacturing the DRI Sleeper for more than 20
years. Lyn looks after the production, the quality control
and the orders. I look after the technical side, the
product development and answer your questions.

From Lyn and me you get a total service,
any communication from you comes right here, and we respond.
We commit to you that we will answer your questions and put
anything right that needs to be put right. But please remember
that while email communication is the best initial contact,
if you do not get a response within 24 hours (and that's way
over our usual time) then call, because as you know, just
sometimes emails get lost in cyberspace. The number is 1-877
331 2768.
Manufacturing
Warranty
We will replace any product which fails due
to manufacturing fault within 60 days of purchase. We will
not replace if the fault is due to damage due to misuse. Especially
note that the Urosensor is a consumable item. What this
means is that it is expected that it will need replacing from
time to time, just as the earphone on a portable radio will
need replacing from time to time (and that's not even being
urinated on), and so our advice is to purchase a spare Urosensor
when you buy your DRI Sleeper to have on hand, just
as people will usually have a spare earphone for their portable
radio. The batteries last at least 6 months to a year and
almost never need replacing during treatment.
Personal
Customer Care
This is your warranty for maximizing success.
When you buy direct from this website you have PERSONAL CUSTOMER

I will always answer your questions, and
I will work with you using my 30 years of experience to ensure
that as far as is possible that your child will have success
with the DRI Sleeper. However, as with any human condition,
100% success can never be guaranteed.
