Normally something is better than nothing, right? When our condo is not rented, it sits empty and we get nothing. So at the beginning of each month we will post all available dates for the following month and auction them for rent. The highest bidder on the auction close date wins. It's possible that we will rent an entire week for $100, but again; something is better than nothing. If you see a date listed below that will work for you, read the rules to the auction, Login and make a bid.

Payment is accepted by personal check or by MasterCard/Visa.
Cancellation Policy: The $100 deposit will be refunded if the cancellation occurs 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. No refunds will be made if the cancellation occurs within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date.
