If you can't be a house guest in Bay Head, be ours. The Bay Head Harbor Inn is a block from the beach and the bay, and an easy stroll away from unique shops, fine eateries and Twilight Lake - all that makes Bay Head a relaxing retreat. Whether you spend your time browsing, sunning and swimming at the beach, fishing, boating or touring the area, you'll find much of our town and its lovely homes bring New England to mind.

As our guest, our Common Room and porches welcome you anytime. We've carried our country feeling throughout the house and into our guest rooms. Four of our bedrooms have porches and suites are available. All of our second floor rooms have ceiling fans, with air conditioners in our third floor bedrooms. Most rooms will accommodate two people; during the summer months, we have two bedrooms which will sleep three people. While our guests are asked to share modern bathroom facilities, most of our rooms have pedestal sinks in them. Of course, each morning you are welcome to join us from 8:30 to 10:00 in the Common Room for our complimentary - just like Mom used to make - breakfast.

Our rates are based on double occupancy and include breakfast. In season, beach badges are provided to give our guest beach privileges during their stay with us.

Each additional person is $30.00. Minimum stay requirements apply. Children are welcome. Gift certificates available anytime. Our check-in time is 2:00 p.m. and check-out is 11:00 a.m. Reservations must be secured by a deposit equal to the first night's charge. Remainder payable on arrival and subject to NJ Sales and Occupancy taxes. If cancellation becomes necessary, 10 days notice prior to the reservation date is required for refund of deposit, less a service charge of $25.00. In case of last minute cancellation, if we are able to re-rent the room, the same policy applies. Reservations are held until 6:00 p.m. unless special arrangements have been made for later arrivals.

Directions From North - Take Exit 98 off Garden State Parkway to Route 34 South. Take Route 35 South Follow Route 35 South thru Point Pleasant Beach to Bay Head. From South - From Exit 7A, NJ Turnpike Shore Points West - follow 1495 to Brielle Exit for Route 34 South. Take right onto Route 34 South and follow to Route 35 South. Follow Route 35 South thru Point Pleasant Beach to Bay Head.

We invite you to spend some time with us, whether for a brief visit or extended stay. Originally built in the 1890's, our 16-room home became the Bay Head Harbor Inn in 1990 after six months of renovations inside and out. Now, a comfortable shore home for us and our guests, the Inn reflects our interests in folk art, antiques and shore living. The decor is country and casual - just like us.
