Parnas was almost universally lauded as Pragues finest restaurant prior to moving up the street and changing its name to Bellevue. Now, during any heavenly Sunday jazz brunch, with a bottomless mimosa before you, along with pan-fried quail in Drambuie sauce or veal tenderloin topped with fresh truffles, its clear that nothing was left behind during the move. Service is generally head and shoulders above the competition, but bear in mind this is Prague: theres no such thing as guaranteed pleasant dining.
