DAN SEAP & DES Australia produce
Dive accident management poster
Most medical courses contain little or nothing about diving medicine.
Unless a doctor becomes a diver, or attends an additional dive medicine
course, it is unlikely that they will have the opportunity to learn
about the recognition or management of dive injuries.
To this end, DAN SEAP, in association with the Diving Emergency Service
(DES) Australia, has produced a large full-colour poster that it hopes
will be displayed in the emergency departments of hospitals that are
likely to receive injured divers. This poster is also very suitable
for dive shops and we will be delighted to send any dive operator a
copy of the poster for the cost of the postage. Anyone interested in
