CPA Program Management Office U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) USAID contracts provide for infrastructure, health, education, capacity building and other developmental reconstruction activities. Companies interested in providing technical or administrative services to USAID for or in the Persian Gulf can fill out a form on-line. Click on "Awards" for links to the websites of companies who have been chosen as prime contractors. Department of Defense (DOD) Army Corps of Engineers The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has responsibility for contracting related to Iraqi oil sector repairs and continuity of operations. Companies and individuals may register their interest on-line with the U.S. Department of Defense's Army Corps of Engineers (ACE). Defense Procurement and Acquisition Policy - U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) The U.S. Department of Commerce maintains an Iraq Reconstruction website that includes information on sanctions, how to do business and export to Iraq. U.S. Department of State (DOS) The U.S. Department of State has awarded a contract to CSC Dyncorp to support law enforcement functions in Iraq.
