a comprehensive foundation of information designed to prepare the health

The
NGH Hypnotherapy Certification Training
The course includes 100 hours of instruction, homework, practice, (practicum) and externship. Classroom: 64 hours and 31 hours of prerequisite reading, written homework and practice sessions, plus valuable clinical practicum at Farmingdale University (at no extra cost). A dynamic class format consisting of lectures, Q & A, demonstrations of therapeutic processes and techniques, hands-on supervised practice using the latest tools and techniques learned in class, in addition practical self-healing techniques for stress, and tools for well-being to help yourself and others is covered in class. Through direct experience, students receive the most valuable aspects of each approach in hypnotherapy. Students form pairs to utilize the tools and techniques just introduced during class. Refinement is accomplished during the instructor's rounds of critique, and later discussed as an entire class. This has proven to be very successful for accelerated learning, and the students enjoy the process. Graduates can utilize hypnotherapy as a career and become self-employed or find employment with medical/health professionals, or alternative health care professionals. Carol Denicker is a Board Certified NGH instructor and has been practicing and teaching hypnosis related workshops and seminars since 1994. She is a registered member, certified instructor of the NGH, and President of the Long Island Chapter of the National Guild of Hypnotists (LINGH), a member of the National Federation of Hypnotists (NFH), registered with the New York State Hypnotherapy Association (NYSHA) and the Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy (APHP). In addition
to teaching, Carol maintains a busy hypnosis practice wherein she
assists her clients to achieving their varying goals of improved health
and well being, increased motivation, self confidence and creativity; improved
memory and learning ability; as well as relief of stress, fear, physical
discomfort; as well as freedom from negative habits like overeating, smoking,
nail biting, etc. These goals are accomplished through hypnotherapy that
incorporates deep relaxation, behavioral assessment/modification, goal
setting, systematic desensitization, regression/progression techniques,
EFT (the Emotional Freedom Technique) and Reiki treatments (another energy
therapy).

FAQs About the Hypnotherapy Training at North Shore Hypnosis Q: What will my certification enable me to do? After your Level II training is completed, you become an NGH Certified Hypnotherapist. Hypnotherapy is a certified, not a licensed profession. You are entitled to practice and earn your living, if you wish, as a Certified Hypnotherapist. You become internationally certified by the National Guild of Hypnotists. Q: What kind of organization is the National Guild of Hypnotists? A: The NGH is the largest and most prestigious worldwide hypnosis certifying organization. It has regular educational conferences in New Hampshire with over 1500 participants. There are also NGH sponsored legal advocates who participate in legislatures all over the country representing the Guild’s members. The Guild is highly supportive, having a lending library of videos and audio tapes, referrals, legislative support, regular local meetings, and much more. Dear Carol, Yes,
I arrived home safely. I made it to the airport in lots of time and

Right to Cancellation of Enrollment
Cancellation will occur when
a student gives written notice of cancellation. A signed and dated notice
of cancellation may be given by mail or fax. We will also accept email
notification of intent to cancel if sent to cdenicker@northshorehypnosis.com.
The notice of cancellation, if sent by mail, is effective when postmarked
if properly addressed to North Shore Hypnosis, 7 Rochelle Lane, Northport,
NY 11768. The written notice of cancellation shall state you wish to cancel
the agreement. North Shore Hypnosis shall refund, as indicated below, any
consideration paid by the student within 30 days after the cancellation
notice is received.

For the purpose of determining
the amount you owe for time you attended, you shall be deemed to have withdrawn
from the course when any of the following occurs: You notify North Shore
Hypnosis of your withdrawal on or of the actual date of withdrawal in writing,
