We invite our customers for longer stays. Our apartments combine the advantages of usual apartments and hotels, with our customers being offered incredible long-term discounts. With us you can choose from quaint and modern apartments in the old town areas, each with an individual charm.
Better than a room in a hotel:
a.. Location: Close to business districts, main sights and amusement centres, restaurants and bars.
b.. Space: More space than in a standard hotel room (you also have living room, kitchen, extra storage space in corridor, bathroom, in some cases a free, allocated parking place).

d.. Privacy and Independence: No staff bothering you day or night. Entertaining guests at home. Extra space for families with children.
e.. Entertainment: Restaurants, venues and tourist attractions on your doorstep.
f.. Working conditions: Some of our apartments have facilities for study and work and shortly all will have fixed internet connections.
g.. Cost savings: Accommodation is charged not by person or room, but by apartment. Our apartments are cheaper than comparable hotel accommodation by nearly every measure. In addition, if you stay at least one month you qualify for up to 30 % discount of our nightly prices.

b.. Convenience: The apartments are ready to move in to. No need to furnish them or buy kitchen utensils, bed covers, linen, towels and other basics.
c.. Availability: No need to wait in a hotel until you find your apartment. We have single night apartments too.
d.. Security: Safe locations, door phones
e.. No additional costs: No agent’s fees (can be up to €3000), deposits (landlords may not give it back to you). Contract upon request, but not necessary. Local authority taxes, utility bills, such as electricity, gas, water, local telephone rental and also VAT – all included in our price.
f.. Free services: Prompt maintenance, free local calls (depending on the apartment, internet ( please ask for an internet apartment) a variety of additional services
