This 208-year-old bed and breakfast inn, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, once served as the homestead for the headmaster of the Bingham School, a preparatory school for young men awaiting entrance to UNC Chapel Hill.

While in Orange County visit the Ackland Art Museum, Morehead Planetarium and the North Carolina Botanical Garden at Chapel Hill. Take in an UNC basketball game or concert at the Dean E. Smith Center, paddle a boat on University Lake, or view touring artifacts at the North Carolina Collection Gallery.
