How can I make a P2T call?
You can place a P2T call to any IT&E Wireless P2T subscriber by dialing the 10-digit P2T number (671-xxx-xxxx) or by highlighting the number in your P2T contact list, and pressing and holding the “P2T” button on the side of the handset. Begin speaking only after the beep, which indicates you have the floor. When you have finished speaking, release the P2T button and
wait for a response. Please consult your phone’s
user manual for detailed instructions.

When I add P2T to my current PCS plan, will my number change?
No, your P2T number will be the same as your IT&E Wireless PCS number. With IT&E's P2T, you have the convenience of having only one phone number. Back to Top

How do I set up P2T individual and group contact lists?
Only P2T allows you to manage contact lists directly on your P2T handset OR online at http://p2t.itepcs.net.

Individual Contact Setup
To set up individual contacts on your phone, simply go to the P2T menu, select "Add New Contact," enter the P2T contact number and
select "Save."

Group Setup
To setup Group Contacts on your phone, simply go to the "Manage Group" menu, and select "Create Group." You'll then be prompted to enter the group name and select individual contacts from your contact list.

How many contacts can I establish?
You can establish up to 300 P2T contacts depending on the type of P2T phone you have. Back to Top

How can I tell if a contact is available to receive a P2T call?
On your phone, your contacts will be labeled with an icon showing the status of each contact as “Available,” “Not Available” or “Busy/Do Not Disturb.” This feature is available to all individuals in your contact list. Back to Top

What happens if I receive an incoming call while on the phone?
Whether you are on a P2T call or PCS call, you will receive a call waiting alert for any incoming call–an exclusive feature of the IT&E Wireless P2T network. You can choose to put the current call on hold and answer the incoming call or to ignore the call. Back to Top

If I am on a P2T call and I receive a PCS call, will the PCS call be forwarded to voicemail if I don't answer the call?
Yes. An unanswered PCS call will automatically go to your voicemail. If no message is left and the caller’s number is unblocked, you will receive a missed call alert informing you of the the date, time and phone number of the missed call. There is no voicemail service for P2T calls. Back to Top
