U.S. Secretary of State Colin L. Powell traveled to New York City on Friday, November 9, to attend the United Nations 56th General Assembly. Secretary Powell  accompanied President Bush at the General Assembly General Debate from November 10 to 11. The Secretary also conducted a number of bilateral and multilateral meetings with his counterparts and world leaders.
