What Can I Do?
How do I legally discipline my child?
We receive calls on nearly a daily basis asking for help for parents
of a pre-teen. The laws currently on the books in most states favor
the children making it difficult to know what you can and can't do to
discipline your child.
What is Child Abuse?
From the calls that we receive most children are abusing the term
child abuse. While they themselves are not abused some children feel
that they are being abused if they lose television privileges, or are
not allowed to use the telephone. Each state varies on what exactly
child abuse is some states have this information available through the
Attorney Generals office. The following site seems to be quite
informative on the various facets of child abuse.
