Reconciliation Process: From On Campus

The process is slightly different depending upon the web browser you are using and whether you are logging in from within the campus network or from off campus. These instructions apply to those who are connecting from on campus. Instructions for those connecting from off campus and those who are not using Internet Explorer are available here.

Step One:
Click the Blackboard Login button.

 

  
Step Two:
You will see the screen below:

 

Reconcile Account Screen

 
Enter your username. This should be the same username you use to check your ETSU email. Then enter the password that you previously used to enter Blackboard (i.e. in previous semesters). If you have never used Blackboard before, this will be your social security number. Click the “Login” button.

Congratulations!
Your Blackboard account is now reconciled with ETSU’s active directory system. From now on, you will use your ETSU username and password to login to Blackboard.
